RETAIL NETWORK
Our retail network comprises
over 180 service stations spread all over the country.
Our objective
is to increase market penetration by the acquisition of new outlets
at selective locations at the rhythm of 20 to 25 outlets for the
coming two years. At the same time we are indulging in a program
to face lift most of our outlets to enhance their appearance on
one hand, and improve the customer service through continuous indoor
training of the station attendants as well as field training. On
the other hand, we are also subjecting our sales force to necessary
training and field support to follow up the application of merchandising
and retail factors at the service stations with a view of gaining
the satisfaction and trust of the motorists.”
