This August, Coral celebrated the successful completion of the third edition of its Internship Program, opening its doors to 34 engineering students from universities across Lebanon. For an entire month, these young talents became part of the Coral family, experiencing the energy sector from the inside out.

From their first day, the interns were immersed in the rhythm of a company where every department plays a critical role. Some joined teams on the ground, seeing firsthand how operations are managed. Others shadowed engineers and managers, discovering how interconnected the work truly is. Each assignment was designed to bridge theory with practice, showing students that classroom knowledge gains new meaning when applied in real-world settings.
Going beyond technical skills, interns were encouraged to ask questions, share their perspectives, and understand the values that guide Coral’s approach to business. They saw how teamwork fuels progress, how safety is woven into every decision, and how innovation often begins with curiosity.
The feedback they shared speaks volumes about the experience:
“It was all perfect, thank you for this excellent internship.”
“It’s soothing to know a company like Coral exists in Lebanon.”
“I want to say thank you for everything. It was an amazing experience for me personally, I learned a lot of practical things.”
“Loved all of it! It was very interesting, and I don’t think we would have any other internship like it.”
What comes through is a mix of gratitude and a sense of inspiration. For many, this was a glimpse of what their future careers could look like, and a reminder that opportunity still exists in Lebanon for those willing to learn and work hard.
Coral CEO Oscar Yamin reflected on the program’s role in shaping tomorrow’s leaders, saying: “Our mission has always been to invest in people as much as in business. These interns remind us that Lebanon’s future is filled with potential, and it’s our responsibility to create pathways for that potential to shine.”
By the end of the program, the students had sharpened their technical skills while gaining confidence, clarity and a deeper sense of belonging to a professional community. For Coral, the success of this third edition reaffirms a simple belief: When young people are given the chance to engage, to learn, and to be trusted with responsibility, they rise to the occasion.
The Coral Internship Program will continue to grow, but its purpose remains unchanged – to empower Lebanese youth, strengthen their connection to industry, and encourage them to see their future not as a distant hope, but as something they can shape today.
