Building Skills for Safety

Our training programs are designed to instill confidence and competence in every team member and visitor. We start with a Basic HSE Induction to introduce our safety culture and protocols. This foundation is strengthened through interactive sessions that focus on hazard recognition and risk awareness, ensuring everyone is prepared for any situation.

Hands-on firefighting drills and routine Toolbox Talks are integral parts of our training regimen. These activities provide practical experience and reinforce job-specific safety measures, empowering our team to maintain a secure work environment.

Fire Fighting Training

Coral has launched a comprehensive firefighting training program for over 200 employees, conducted in collaboration with the Beirut Fire Brigade. The initiative offers a balanced blend of theoretical instruction – covering fire safety fundamentals, various fire classes, and emergency preparedness – and hands-on practice with different types of fire extinguishers and safety equipment.

HSE Training

The training introduces employees to the HSE Policy and Principles, as well as the ompany’s HSE Excellence Rules. Interactive exercises help them recognize hazards and understand related contributing factors. Emphasis is on preventing human error, implementing protection measures, and ongoing training. Firefighting principles and hands-on training are also included, and HSE reporting, communication, and interventions are covered

HSE Toolbox

To lessen risks and to be more target oriented towards specific operating groups, the company holds small group HSE Toolbox Talks (TBTs) to inform employees about task-specific hazards.

We integrate sustainable practices into our operations, focusing on energy efficiency, waste reduction, and minimizing emissions.
